The Police can be brought to standard like Kingsley Moghalu says by increasing their numbers. However, I can not neglect to say their problem is more of their moral nature. This you can cure by well publicised “Sting Operations”.
Interesting, what is “sting operations”?
Like the governments do in USA and GT, Britain per se. They would pose as a briber or trafficking intelligence. Should one fall for either ruse they will be facing legal trouble especially if Culprits belong to a Government Agency.
I agree with Prof that we need to recruit more policemen, but we also need to retrain these crop of policemen that lack basic policing skills.
