The weakest link in the Nigerian corruption saga is the Judiciary. It has to be purged and soundly involved villains should be investigated and prosecuted.
When found guilty on sound basis they should be punished as a deterrent measure.

I agree. I’m not a student of law but it’s so hard to win against a corrupt person who has money with the kind of shabby cases our AntI graft agencies present in court. Judges will only judge based on evidences before them.
No matter how sound law enforcement agencies put their cases together, the utterly corrupt and dysfunctional judiciary will not live up to its role. Corruption and long years of nepotism has brought a legion of unprincipled people into the judiciary.
When the mafia was to be crushed in the US, the first actions were taken against corrupt judicial officers and attorneys of the mafia.
I therefore submit that the corruption war must first be ruthlessly fought with Nigerian banks and banker. They are the real criminals who help everybody to be corrupt. It is only after the banks have been reigned in that the war should be carried to the judiciary. Believe me, the easiest but to crack is the Police because of their training and regimentation.
